When you sign up for ALPHA, your first 30 days are free. You'll have unlimited access to the entire platform at no charge. After that, you'll be billed monthly or weekly depending on which option you chose. Cancel anytime in the App Store or Google Play.

Yes. You'll create a free account during onboarding, which also collects the information needed to personalize your experience: birth date, time, location, and a few other inputs. From there, you can stay on the free tier or upgrade to ALPHA or OMEGA at any time.

SYGNS™ offers two plans. ALPHA gives you unlimited access to the entire platform at a discounted launch price of $7.99 per month (regularly $9.99) or $2.99 per week, with a 30-day free trial when you sign up. OMEGA is a credit-based system with no commitment. You purchase credits and use them as you go.

Yes. You can manage your plan from your account settings at any time.

OMEGA is a credit-based plan for users who want to explore the app without a subscription. Purchase credits in packages of $10, $20, $50, or a custom amount. Each credit costs $0.20 and each reading uses one credit. Credits don't expire. OMEGA also comes with 4 free features: Stars, Journal, Chinese Zodiac, and Numbers.

Refund requests are handled directly by the platform you purchased through, Apple or Google. We don't control their refund policies, but if you've run into a technical issue, reach out to us and we'll do what we can on our end. Contact: support@sygnsapp.com.

Subscriptions are managed through your app store account, Apple App Store or Google Play. Go to your subscription settings and cancel before the end of your current billing period to avoid the next charge. You'll keep access until the period ends.

SYGNS™ includes privacy and security features that let you lock your account and keep your reflections private. You can also use your phone's password or Face ID to keep the app secure. Once set up, your content is accessible only to you.

SYGNS™ does not share your personal information, including your name or age, with other users. Your information stays private.

Daily Focus intentions are designed to persist after closing the app, so if yours is resetting, something isn't working as expected. Try updating to the latest version of SYGNS™ and fully closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, contact us at support@sygnsapp.com with your device model and OS version and we'll look into it.

Daily Focus is SYGNS™'s core intelligence layer. It generates a personalized reading every day built from your birth data, current planetary positions calculated through Swiss Ephemeris, and your behavioral history inside the app. The more consistently you engage, the more attuned it becomes to where you actually are.

Yes. It's based on calculations that are built around you. The more you engage with SYGNS™, the more attuned it becomes to your patterns and where you actually are in your life. The result is a reading that's never generic. It's built for this day and for you specifically.

Every Daily Focus is generated using real-time planetary position data calculated through Swiss Ephemeris, which is top of the line for this type of calculation. The cosmic influences reflected in your reading aren't symbolic or generic. They're based on where the planets actually are on that specific day, calculated to precision.

Daily Focus accuracy depends on consistent engagement. If your usage has been lighter lately, or you're going through changes that haven't shown up in your interactions yet, your reading may feel a bit out of step. The more consistently you use SYGNS™, the more attuned it becomes to where you actually are.

Go to your profile settings to review and update your onboarding details. If you can't correct something yourself, contact us at support@sygnsapp.com and we'll update it for you. We strongly recommend getting your birth name and date of birth right from the start. Your entire SYGNS™ experience, including your numerology, zodiac profile, and personal readings, is built on that foundation. If you reset your date of birth, your data resets too and you'll be starting fresh.

Yes. The question is pre-populated as a starting point, but you can edit it before submitting. The Oracle works best when the question feels true to what you're actually sitting with.

Throughout SYGNS™, the Ask the Oracle button appears after certain readings. Tapping it takes you into Oracle's Capsule Mode with a question pre-filled based on what you just experienced, whether that's a dream from Morpheus, a reflection from Andromeda, a Daily Focus reading, or a Two Paths result. It's a way to go deeper into whatever just surfaced without starting from scratch.

Capsule is for open reflection. You bring a question and the Oracle reads it with no constraints or structure required. Crossroads is for decisions. When you're weighing two specific options and need clarity, Crossroads structures the reading around that tension and goes deeper than Capsule. Deck is for those who own the physical Oracle Tarot Re:Imagined deck or any tarot deck of their own. You draw real cards, select the corresponding cards in the app, and the Oracle reads your layout, identifying each card and its position and generating a reading around what you pulled.

The Oracle is SYGNS™'s tarot reading system. You bring a question and it helps you examine it from angles you may not have considered. Three modes: Capsule for open reflection, Crossroads for decisions, and Deck for those who own the physical Oracle Tarot Re:Imagined card deck.

Yes. Your Oracle readings are saved and available to review in your Archive at any time. You can also delete them individually or clear your full history, which will remove all saved readings including Morpheus and Journal entries.
